Child and Family Psychologist

Lorna is a Child and Family Psychologist. She is experienced in the assessment and treatment of a range of psychological problems and trauma presentations with children, adolescents, young adults, parents and families.

She is passionate about empowering those that she works with to achieve positive and lasting outcomes.

Lorna specializes in anxiety and depression, parent-child relationships, behavioural challenges, and childhood/adolescent trauma and abuse.

Lorna uses evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness-based therapies. Interventions are tailored to suit individual needs.

She also provides professional development to parents and professionals on a range of subject.
