Allanah Casey

Clinical Psychologist

Allanah is a Clinical Psychologist who brings warmth, authenticity and a sense of humour to her work with clients. She recognises that therapy can be hard work, and coming to talk to someone is often a big step. She creates a space where clients can feel safe and heard, and works collaboratively to meet their goals.

Allanah works with adult clients on a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, managing difficult emotions, and adjustment to difficult life events. She specialises in women’s mental health, focussing on supporting women through turbulent life stages and experiences, such as pregnancy and postpartum, perimenopause and menopause.

She uses a range of psychological therapies to get the best fit for each client, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT).
