Aimee Randall

Child and Family Psychologist

Aimee is a Registered Child and Family Psychologist. She was born in the U.K and moved to NZ with her family when she was 12 years old. She has spent the majority of her time since then in Christchurch where she studied, and has also spent time working in Lower Hutt and more recently in Tauranga. Aimee has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, parents and families, and aims to provide a safe and confidential space for those she works with to feel heard, validated and empowered. Aimee has experience working with a range of different presentations including anxiety, depression, OCD, parenting, relationship/attachment difficulties and trauma.   

Aimee works in a trauma-informed way, using skills from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dyadic and Developmental Psychotherapy and Parenting, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness-based therapies. Aimee is flexible in her approach and is committed to providing a service that is right for the individual or family.
